Mr. Louie is a member of the C.M. Capital Investment Committee and is responsible for strategy and business development. He is a co-founder of the Mingly China Growth Fund, LP, a growth stage fund which invests in private companies in the Greater China Area, and works with the Cha Group on a variety of initiatives in China. Mr. Louie is also a Managing Member of TechFund Europe Management, LLC, and early stage European venture capital investor.

Prior to joining C.M. Capital, Mr. Louie spent 16 years in the Investment Banking Division of the Goldman Sachs Group Inc., where he advised clients on the entire spectrum of financing and strategic transactions.

Mr. Louie is a director of K-Swiss Inc. (NASDAW:KSWS), a former member of the Advisory Council for Stanford University's School of Humanities and Sciences, and a former board member of the Menlo Park – Atherton Education Foundation. He holds a JD and an MBA from Stanford University as well as a BA and an MA in Economics from the same university.
