Mr. Chan is C.M. Capital’s Vice President of Real Estate. In this capacity, he oversees management of C.M. Capital’s directly owned office properties and handles sales and purchases of such real properties. Prior to C.M. Capital, he was Senior Investment Officer for the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation managing real estate investment in Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, he worked on restructuring troubled real estate loans. He earned a BS in Materials Science Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a MBA from the University of Southern California.
