Mr. Cha is the Founder and a Director of C.M. Capital Advisors. He is also the Chairman of C.M. Capital Corporation and the Managing Director of the Mingly Corporation (based in Hong Kong). Mr. Cha is a member of the board of directors of China International Capital Corporation Ltd., Hanison Construction Holdings Ltd., HKR International Ltd., and Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. Mr. Cha also serves as a trustee, advisor, or committee member of a number of foundations and non-profit institutions in Hong Kong and in the United States. In Hong Kong, the those organizations include the Qiu Shi Science & Technologies Foundation, Croucher Foundation and Moral Education Concern Group. Those in the United States include the Science Board of Visitors of UCLA, the University of California at San Francisco, the University of San Francisco and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business Advisory Board. Mr. Cha earned a BS in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon and received an M.B.A from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
