Partnering with Mingly Corporation, C.M. Capital Advisors established the Mingly China Growth Fund, L.P. (the “Fund”), a private equity fund formed in 2006 to make critical growth and expansion stage investments in China. The Fund Management Team and its Advisors include a collaboration of successful and experienced U.S. and Chinese investment professionals and entrepreneurs.

Well-seasoned in the Chinese private sector, the Fund Managers have a multitude of experience covering a wide spectrum of industries including IT, media, service, education, energy, medical and manufacturing. Prior experience includes working with clients such as China Mobile, China Netcom, Focus Media, and Suntech Power.

The Fund’s platform includes a unique combination of Western institutionalized investment processes and local Chinese expertise with a centrally located Fund Management Team in China.

Mingly Corporation and C.M. Capital Advisors recently leveraged the Cha Group's activities and relationships in Mainland China to establish the Govtor Mingly Growth Venture Capital Company Limited (the "RMB Fund"). The RMB Fund has been organized as a domestic Chinese venture capital investor giving it many advantages over foreign investment funds.

The Fund has offices in Beijing and Shanghai. Through its established working relationships in China, the Fund proactively identifies and invests in fast-growing private companies that are potential market leaders at an early stage.
